How to Manage Your Renewals

When it comes to renewing your registration and insurance, you have two convenient options:

• Self-Pay and Request Reimbursement: You can choose to pay the renewal fees yourself and then request a reimbursement from us. Please verify that your account has sufficient funds before submitting your reimbursement request. We strive to process these requests promptly.
• Forward Notices to Us: Alternatively, you can send us the renewal notices. Depending on your account balance, we can take care of the payment for you, making the process as hassle-free as possible.

Attention New South Wales Residents

For those leasing vehicles in NSW, please remember:

1. Your Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance payment must be up to date.
2. Your vehicle must pass a roadworthiness inspection to renew registration.

This is specific to NSW and may not apply if you’re leasing outside of this state.
